[ Personal Assistant ]

We have three busy directors who now need an experienced, organised and
highly efficient Personal Assistant who can bring some order to their beautiful chaos.

This is a brand new role, with plenty scope for the successful candidate to
develop their own contribution. Within the role requirements are the all the
standard duties of a Personal Assistant, including diary management, travel and providing day to day operational support to the directors. There will definitely be an element of getting involved with a wide range of activities that might include supporting internal events or the day-to-day operational activities within our technology studio.

[ Job Description ]

The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a growing and fast paced organisation, who can develop processes and systems as the business grows. Flexibility is a must. 


We are also looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills and who can work on their own initiative without regular supervision. An experienced PA, we would ideally like a candidate who is familiar with Slack and the Google office suite. 


  • The role is hybrid, attending the office 2-3 days a week with scope to work from home during the rest of the time.  
  • We are open to various forms of flexible working including part time working (minimum 30 hours).
