Draw & Code boast vast experience of delivering AR via mobile apps, web AR, social media and headsets.
We help you to harness augmented and virtual reality and event technology such as projection mapping.
After being fascinated by augmented reality and working extensively with projection mapping,
Draw & Code combined both in Lava Bud; an R&D into innovative stage performance with Wired Aerial.
Our first forays to the USA saw us showcasing AR game prototypes at AWE (Augmented World Expo),
concluding the year with a spectacular projection mapping and AR project with Marks & Spencer.
With our work-for-hire immersive development studio established, Draw & Code began work on original IP. This included SwapBots - an award-winning AR game and toy that was successfully crowd-funded.
This was another year of expanding our horizons. Client commissions from Hyundai, The Peel Group and Paralympics GB sat alongside R&D projects such as an innovative volumetric VR music video.
Ambitious partnerships with fellow XR startups such as Merge VR characterised 2017 at Draw & Code. We added Nokia and Red Bull to our ever-growing client list.
We led the immersive content for the sold-out Terracotta Warriors show in Liverpool, generating £78m for the city region. Work for Liverpool Football Club, John Lewis, Warner Bros and Unilever graced the studio.
Headline-grabbing projects included AR, VR and MR production with Mercedes, AR and MR for Philips
and contributing a bold mixed reality installation for Skepta, Royal Shakespeare Company and Manchester International Festival.
The decade began with big moves as we installed a new CEO and inked a partnership to develop an immersive attraction with National Museums Liverpool. Our work with Sony Music on a Pink Floyd web AR experience scooped a prestigious Telly Award.
